I am only Meg. “Just” human.
And I am my own experiment. When it comes to our health there is no one size fits all, we each have to recognize and respond to what our body tells us. I have been conducting my own health experiment for going on ten years now. I have had good ideas and bad ideas. Learned a lot about what works for me and what doesn’t. Am always learning to better read my own body’s biofeedback, a fancy word for what makes me feel good and what makes me feel sick or get pimples or not wake up in the morning. Each one of you is a different person. (Duh no kidding Meg, most of you are thinking right now.) But my point is, what has worked for me may or may not work for you. My goal is simply to inspire you to begin your own experiment. And since we all love to go on the internet and search for what other people have done, who knows you may try something I did and have it work for you. Or you might read my blog and say wow this chick is crazy, and my friends and family would agree with you.
That said my experimentation has made me a different person. At 19 I was facing a life of no energy, joint pain, asthma, and who knows what else. Now I have good days and bad days, but overall I am pain free, asthma free, and wake up with energy most mornings despite a very very busy life.
It’s not easy. But neither is being sick. I choose this maybe you will too. Or maybe you will just be entertained by another crazy blogger. Either way if you are reading this, I hope you enjoy!
